Camelot Theatre Company presents “Spotlight on Mary Martin,” written by and starring Presila Quinby, narrated by Peter Pan (Tara Johnson).

Mary Martin was an icon of American musical theater. Most knew and loved her for her portrayal of Peter Pan but she was so much more. Anyone who lived through the golden age of Broadway remembers her originating the leading role(s) in “South Pacific,” “The Sound of Music,” “I Do, I Do,” “Peter Pan” and many other Broadway hits. She inspired her audiences with the upbeat, positive characters she portrayed who were able to overcome adversity with their spunk. Come hear some of the fabulous tunes she introduced including: “I Won’t Grow Up,” “A Wonderful Guy,” “My Favorite Things,” “The Sound of Music,” “Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair” and “My Heart Belongs to Daddy!”
